Replica Panerai Arktos GMT

Panerai Arktos GMT ReplicaWow, the replica watches coming out of Asia are constantly getting better. This replica of a Panerai Arktos GMT looks pretty darn close, with the exception of course of the date wheel (why does the date wheel ALWAYS end up being the weak spot?) and to some degree the crown.

Replica watches based on this case/bezel design also have had issues with the indicators on the bezel falling off. I wonder if this has been fixed. Also there are complaints about the thickness of the GMT hand, but to be honest I don't think many would notice.

This particular watch is being sold by Eddie Lee on TRC. He's got more pictures there.

The funny thing about these new Panerai replica watches is that they're based on the Asian copy of the ETA 7750. This movement has proven to be unreliable in the past, but has settled down as of late. I haven't as many complaints about it at least. The other thing about using the 7750 instead of the Unitas movement is that you avoid the tell-tale "cannon pinion" issue.
